to228 supports deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name matching your to228 account details.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. To process a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified through KYC procedures. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. Processing times vary by method:

All casino games and slot games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently tested for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages. to228 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time of the claim or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
to228 is not responsible for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of technical errors affecting game outcomes, to228 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore balances to their pre-bet state.
to228 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other external services integrated with our Platform.
to228 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, failure to complete verification, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform. Suspended accounts will have betting and withdrawal privileges revoked pending investigation.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, all pending bets must be settled and any active bonuses will be forfeited. Remaining account balance will be processed for withdrawal according to standard procedures.
If your account is terminated for violation of terms, to228 reserves the right to forfeit your account balance. If your account is closed in good standing or by self-exclusion, your remaining balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method.
